Guam-Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas has awarded 6-point-6 million US dollars to P & S Construction Inc. for the design and construction of a new Minimart and Gas Station on the U.S. Naval Base in Guam.
The Saipan Tribune reports work on the project is expected to be completed by December 2011.
