American Samoa's Health Director Tuiasina Dr. Salamo Laumoli is taking heed of advice from Samoa after a pregnant woman tested positive for H1NI flu in Apia.

The Health Director said he received an advisory from Toleafoa Dr. Take Naseri of Samoa's National Health Service about the case and will be discussing with his staff, measures to protect the spread of the H1N1 flu to the territory.

Toleafoa who used to work at LBJ Hospital says Samoa has many travellers coming from New Zealand where the H1NI flu or swine flu cases are on the rise again with several resulting in death.
