A flour milling plant has been set up on Samoa's Savai'i island.
Samoa Flour Mill is to make flour from breadfruit, taro, cassava and yam at the village of Lefagaoali'i.
The owner, Feo Nemaia Esau, says the plant will produce about five tons of flour a day, when it starts to operate soon.
Feo hopes to boost the local economy with the mill from jobs, purchase of the raw materials and create export opportunity.
