The new Cook Islands prime minister Henry Puna has allocated the portfolios among his five ministers.
Mr Puna has given his deputy, Tom Marsters, foreign affairs, immigration, transport and natural resources.
The new finance minister is Mark Brown, whose portfolios include telecommunications and internal afairs.
Education, marine resources and tourism have gone to Teina Bishop.
Taeriki Heather is in charge of infrastructure and Nandi Glassie takes over the health and agriculture ministry.
The line-up was announced two weeks after the Cook Islands Party's resounding victory in the general election.
