Air Pacific's Chief Executive and Managing director, David Pflieger will replace the Matamanoa Island Resort General manager Patrick Wong, whose term has ended.
The interim Minister for Tourism, Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, confirmed Mr Pflieger's appointment to the Fiji Sun newspaper
A marketing specialist with Coca-Cola, Lawrence Tikaram is also new to the board.
The Managing director of the Starwood properties at Denarau Island, Shane Cunning, and Tourism Permanent Secretary Elizabeth Powell remain in the board.
