The Fiji police say the husband and son of a woman burned alive in the Waikato are returning to New Zealand under police escort.
Ranjeeta Sharma, who was 28, was found set alight on a road near Huntly last Thursday night.
Her husband and four year old son left for Fiji the day after her body was found.
The New Zealand police working on the homicide investigation have been in Fiji interviewing her husband.
The Fiji police say he has agreed to leave the country voluntarily, and flew out this morning, along with his son.
