The last prisoner who remained on the run following a jail escape in Vanuatu in late December is back in custody.
The Daily Post reports that Paul Shem was the last of the eight escapees from the Port Vila Prison, and gave himself up on Monday.
He initially surrendered to a chief and community leaders and was then handed over to Port Vila police.
