Voters on Niue selected three new common roll members and one new village representative in the country's general election over the weekend.
The results are still unofficial but top poller in the common roll was the caretaker Premier, Toke Talagi.
The news site, Niue Confidential says he may be challenged for the top job when the Assembly meets to elect a new leader.
Six of the 20 MPs were returned unopposed in their villlage seats.
In the only change of sitting village seat, Tofua Puletama was ousted from his Makefu by Salilo Tongia, by a slim margin.
On the common roll, where the top six pollers get in,
the new members are Joan Viliamu, Crossley Tatui, and
Esther Pavihi and Maihetoe Hekau lost out.
Tauveve Jacobsen did not stand because she is High Commissioner to New Zealand.
