Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands played out a goalless draw in a football friendly in Port Vila on Wednesday.
Solomon Islands coach Jacob Moli says Vanuatu is a young team that worked hard to keep them scoreless and says his team needs to work more on their strike force ahead of their next meeting on Saturday.
Vanuatu boss Saby Natonga says he was happy with his players efforts in front of six thousand home supporters.
He says a few players have picked up injuries but hopefully they'll be fine for Saturday's match, which will mark Vanuatu's 31st Independence Anniversary.
