The acting Chief Executive of the Fiji Rugby union hopes a plan for the future of the 15s game is better implemented than the last one.
On Wednesday the Union will begin a review of Fiji's performance at the world cup which resulted in the national side failing to get past pool play and finishing with a heavy loss to Wales.
Acting CEO Pio Bosco Tikoisuva says a similar review was held after the 2003 World Cup,when he was CEO, and a plan implemented the following year.
That resulted in a quarter final berth at the last world cup and Tikoisuva says a similar plan is needed this time around.
"Now I think it's a good time to do it now and then we start in 2012, come up and start the actual programmes that the board now will come up with. I think it's a good pathway to do it."
