The Former Fiji Television chief executive Hank Arts has been appointed as the publisher of the Fiji Times.
Mr Arts will be the third publisher of the newspaper in the 14 months since the Motibhai Group took over the company, after the regime's media decree forced Australia's News Limited to sell it.
According to FBC News, Mr Arts replaces Brian O'Flaherty whose term ends in January.
