The Fiji High Court in Lautoka has ordered the jailing of three men for burning two police posts and writing anti-government comments on sign posts.
Fijilive says the three men were sentenced to concurrent prison terms of four and two years.
The website says the three are from Semo village and have been named Lesuma Raicebe, Joveci Namoumou and Avenai Navisalaki.
They are said to have been part of anti-government group Viti Revolutionary Front which targeted government-owned buildings in Sigatoka.
The judge said the judge said the offences can be seen as an intention to excite disaffection against government and in particular against the Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama.
The military regime came to power in a coup five years ago and in 2009, it sacked the judiciary after it ruled that the interim government was illegal.
