The Fiji men's team were too good for Papua New Guinea, finishing 5-1 winners at the Oceania Pacific Cup hockey tournament in Suva on Tuesday.
In more lopsided results the New Zealand Barbarians earlier thrashed Vanuatu 15-0 and Australia Country thumped Samoa 11-0.
While in the womens draw Papua New Guinea fans were given something to cheer about as they saw off Samoa 4-0.
