Only six of 20 lawmakers in the Northern Marianas have submitted to voluntary drug testing two months after a request from the House Speaker.
Eli Cabrera had asked members to do so to remove suspicion from others after Representative Ray Palacios was arrested on charges of drug trafficking.
Mr Cabrera is one of the six who has undergone the tests.
Mr Palacios is one of the 14 who have not done so.
