The purported PNG Prime Minister, Sir Michael Somare, has called on Peter O'Neill to control the members in his camp to avoid financial and governance failure.

Sir Michael claims his is the legitimate government following last year's supreme court ruling

He says in a matter of months, the O'Neill/Namah regime have shown its true colours nationwide and abroad bringing terrible shame pn Papua New Guinea.

He says the illegal regime has aggressively used illegal schemes to buy public support in order to cling to power.

Meanwhile, the Post Courier paper reports Mr Namah called for Mr O'Neill's resignation on a radio talkback show.

Mr Namah reportedly said he felt Mr O'Neill had not backed his tough stand to wrangle an apology from Indonesia over an incident involving Air Niugini's Falcon jet being intercepted by the Indonesian Air Force.

Mr O'Neill says it is water under the bridge, and there is no crack in the "O'Neill-Namah Government.
