Wallaby regulars Wycliff Palu and Benn Robinson have been named to start for the Waratahs in Friday's pre season rugby match against Tonga A.
Knee surgery ruled Robinson out of contention for lastyear's Rugby World Cup, hamstring concerns left Palu unable to see out the tournament.
The pair sat out last week's 83-5 demolition of Samoa A but will get some much-needed gametime ahead of the start of the Super Rugby season at the end of the month.
Another Wallaby regular, Adam Ashley-Cooper, will make his New South Wales debut in the match, having transferred North from the Brumbies.
Samoa A play Sydney University in the curtain raiser game.
