Four people in Fiji accused of incitement to political violence will be back in the Magistrates Court tomorrow in Suva.

They include prominent businesswoman, 73 year old Dr Mere Samisoni, who was taken into custody for five days over the New Year break.

She was charged with conspiracy and granted bail in early January.

The other three accused, Mataiasi Ragigia, Apete Vereti and Semisi Lasike, are also on bail.

The hearing is expected to consider variations in their bail conditions.
