The New Zealand women's team will open the 2012 Olympics when its faces Great Britain in a Group E game of the Olympic football tournament on July 25, two days before the opening ceremony, at Cardiff's Millenium stadium.
The Football Ferns will also face two time silver medallist Brazil and olympic debutant Cameroon in group play.
The New Zealand men's team will start against Belarus on July 26 before facing Egypt and Brazil in Group C action.
