The Chairman of the American Samoa Rugby Union, Governor Togiola Tulafono, is confient that American Samoa's application for full membership to the International Rugby Board will be approved.
He says he has recieved assurances from the President of the Federation of Oceania Rubgy Unions Lefau Harry Schuster that he will strongly push to have American Samoa become a full member of the IRB.
Lefau is representing FORU at the IRB meeting in Ireland next week.
