32 people have taken part in an IRB-sanctioned rugby coaching and referreeing clinic in American Samoa.
The two-day clinic concluded on Memorial Day, with the Chairman of the American Samoa Rugby Union, Governor Togiola Tulafono, presenting the certificates.
22 received certificates in Level One coaching and 10 received additional certificates in refereeing.
