Samoa's Airport Authority is increasing airport departure tax by more than 60 percent next month.
The departure tax will increase to 27 US dollars and be included in the cost of airline tickets.
Other fees will also rise.
The departure tax at the domestic airport at Fagali'i for travelers to American Samoa will not change.
