A readers poll of the American travel magazine Condenast has put French Polynesia's Bora Bora island first among the top Pacific destinations.
Australia's Great Barrier Reef was listed in second place.
Moorea and Huahine, also in French Polynesia, were ranked third and fifth respectively.
The poll ranked Fiji in fourth place and the Cook Islands eighth.
Readers rating non-US airlines put Singapore Airlines at the top, followed by Emirates and Air New Zealand.
