The Solomon Islands have been outclassed in their latest match at the Futsal World Cup, but not before putting up a valliant effort.
The Kurukuru were down 2-0 inside seven minutes against Colombia before fighting back to level the scores at 3-3 at halftime, through goals to Elliot Rogomo, Samuel Osifelo and Micah Leaalafa.
However the Oceania champs couldn't keep the pace in the second half, conceding eight goals on route to an 11-3 defeat.
It follows a 16-0 loss to Russia at the weekend.
The Solomons will play their final group match against Guatemala early Saturday morning and need to pick up maximum points from to have any chance of making the second round.
