Cyclone Evan has delayed the presentation of Fiji's draft constitution.
The document was due to be handed to the President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau today, but will now be delivered tomorrow.
The constitutional commission chair, Professor Yash Ghai tells FijiLive because of power outage due to Evan they have been without electricity for the past three days, and are behind with documentation.
Professor Ghai says the handover will now be done 10am Friday at government house.
