Arctic Circle Air Services has now started delivering mail between the Northern Marianas and Guam

This follows the signing of a contract allowing the company to transport mail between the CNMI and Guam, less than two months since it commenced its cargo service.

Company officials Tony Pellegrino and Paul Zak said Arctic Circle Air is now a subcontractor for United Airlines, which is the direct contractor for the U.S. Postal Services.

Paul Zak said an estimated 2,267 kilograms of mail were picked up and delivered on the first day.
