Two candidates are contesting this week's by-election in the Cook Islands electorate of Tamarua.
The Cook Island Party's Tokorua Pareina, and the Democatic candidate, Tetangi Matapo, are fighting to become the Tamarua MP after last year's death of the representative, Pukeiti Pukeiti.
Tamarua only has 56 registered voters, which has sparked calls for the seat to be abolished.
Voting will be on Tuesday.
