French Polynesia's health authorities now say two fresh cases of dengue have been confirmed on Moorea.

They say the two sufferers are in the same neighbourhood.

One of them has been identified as a tourist who arrived last month.

None of them has come from New Caledonia where hundreds of people have been infected since December.
