Guam on alert for North Korea missile test

Guam's homeland security has issued an alert as North Korea prepares for a missile test

South Korean and US forces have raised their alert status to vital threat.

The Pentagon warned Pyongyang it is skating very close to a dangerous line.

The Pacific New Centre says Governor Eddie Calvo has activated the Emergency Operations Center amidst reports of the launch.

The civil defense spokeswoman Dee Cruz says there is no cause for alarm.

The state department has assured Guam that anti-ballistic missile defense coverage in the region is robust.
