American Samoa considers what to do about its plot of land in Tonga

The American Samoa governor Lolo Matalasi Moliga is assessing how best to use land the territory has in Tonga.

In the late 1980s American Samoa and Tonga exchanged land.

Tonga's land in Pago Pago that has been utilized as a market to sell its goods, but the territorial government's land in Nuku'alofa is yet to be used.

An official for Lolo says two people will be sent to check out the land and a plan of action will then be developed.
