The team reviewing the Pacific Plan has given an extra week for written submissions on suggested changes to the document.
The Plan, the brainchild of the Pacific Islands Forum, aims to foster regional integration, but few of its aims have been implemented in its first eight years, prompting a review.
The review team is presenting the findings at a meeting on May the 27th, before they go to leaders at their Marshall Islands summit in September.
The team says it is pleased with the large number of written submissions or those submitted via the online portal.
It says the May 15th deadline for submissions has been pushed out to May the 22nd.
