Vanuatu have bounced back from an opening day defeat to beat Argentina by six wickets at the World Cricket League 6 tournament in Jersey.

For the second game running the Melanesians bowled their opponents out in the final over, this time for just 169, with four wickets coming by way of runouts.

Opener Damian Smith provided the anchor in the run chase, finishing on 73 not out as he and Worford Kalworai put on an unbroken stand of 93 runs for the fifth wicket to guide Vanuatu home with more than seven overs to spare.

Hosts Jersey and Nigeria also won their matches against Kuwait and Bahrain to keep their unbeaten records at the tournament intact.
