A primary school principal in Samoa will stand trial next January after denying in court one count of assault on a student last month.

But Fale Fetu has admitted to one other charge of assault on another student whom she ordered to dip his head in a toilet.

The police had charged her with two counts of assault after investigating the incident.

She has been suspended on full pay until her trial next January, where she will also be sentenced for the charge she has admitted to.
