The husband and wife pairing of Shayne and Torika Brodie sailed their way to a golden finish for Fiji on the final day of the Pacific Mini Games in Wallis and Futuna.

The duo won both of their races to collect individual gold in the Hobie Cat competition, their performances also helping secure gold in the team event.

Capping a stunning week for the Brodie's, the pair also finished ahead of Australia to take out the Oceania Championship titles.

Torika Brodie says that makes their success all the more satisfying.

"It was exciting that this is the first time that Oceania is in Competition. Of course that's a more coveted, for us, competition to win. The Games is also good but having Australia there they're really strong competition so it's good."
