Fiji Rugby League have named the bulk of their World Cup squad with Petero Civoniceva named to captain the team.
Penrith Panthers back Wes Naiqama, who was a member of the Bati's 2008 World Cup team, has been appointed vice captain.
The announcement follows Thursday night's Battle of the Bati match in Suva, where the Fiji Residents edged the Australian Fijians 18-14.
21 players have been named with Bati coach Rick Stone to fill the remaining three places at a later date.
