Vanuatu's Minister for Lands has organised a two day meeting starting on Tuesday to allow the public to give their views on planned amendments to the Land Act.
Ralph Regenvanu is inviting stakeholders to attend the National Land Law Reform Summit, to share their thoughts before the land bill goes to parliament in November.
Mr Regenvanu says the advantage of the amendment is it will remove the right of the minister to approve the sale of plots of state land to private buyers for personal gain.
