The Samoan centre George Pisi has been cited for an alleged dangerous tackle on Ireland wing Tommy Bowe.
The Northampton player was yellow-carded by referee Steve Walsh following the incident just before half-time in Sunday's clash in Dublin.
Meanwhile prop Logovii Mulipola and lock Daniel Leo have been ruled out of Manu Samoa's remaining tour matches against the French Barbarians and Georgia, bringing the teams injury toll to six.
