A 200 million US dollar condominium-hotel project is being contemplated by Korean and Chinese investors on Saipan.
The planned investment comes as a surge in tourist arrivals has caused a dearth of hotel rooms.
The project involves the construction of a 258-unit hotel resort.
Each unit could later be sold to interested buyers for up to 1 million dollars.
