A Vanuatu MP has raised concerns about the quality of the aviation sector in the country, saying it is generally operating dangerously below international standards.
The Vanuatu Independent quotes Epi MP Robert Bohn, who is part of the government, saying there needs to be an urgent review and audit.
Mr Bohn's concerns include the work done by Civil Aviation Vanuatu, Airports Vanuatu and the domestic arm of Air Vanuatu.
Mr Bohn says he wants a major review of the aviation infrastructure of the country in Vanuatu.
