The Solomon Islands Electoral Commission is planning a campaign to make voters more aware of the registration and electoral process ahead of next year's national elections.
The commission is seeking partners to help with the campaign and has been in talks with key stakeholders, civil society groups and media.
It is aiming to educate Solomon Islanders about its new voting registration system known as the Biometric Voter Registration method.
Registration will begin in a month.
