Wolman to head American Samoa Chamber of Commerce

6:45 am on 13 January 2014

A former newspaper publisher and now public relations manager for the new Community Bank of American Samoa has been elected as the new chairman of the American Samoa Chamber of Commerce.

Lewis Wolman replaces David Robinson who did not seek reelection to the chamber Board of Directors.

Mr Wolman says the new board will be surveying its 92 members to determine the priority issues it will be addressing in 2014.

He says the board is very encouraged by the governor's commitment to economic development, education and attracting college graduates to return home.
