Samoan rugby legend, Muliagatele Brian Lima, has denied seven charges against him at his second appearance on Monday in the Supreme Court at Mulinuu.
The former Manu Samoa International is alleged to have assaulted his former wife, Lemalu Sina Retzlaff, in a bar last year.
The defendant is facing two counts of grievous bodily harm, two of actual bodily harm, and one each of using threatening words, being armed with a dangerous weapon and throwing an object.
The trial is set for the week starting the 21st of April.
