A one million US dollar tourist attraction is being planned for Saipan in the Northern Marianas.

The attraction, to be built off the coast of Saipan, will allow visitors to interact with marine creatures such as turtles, sharks, and manta rays.

The developer, Sea Touch Saipan, claims the development will generate 118 million dollars in direct economic impacts for the CNMI.
