Prince Charles Park in Nadi in Fiji has been withdrawn as a venue for the Oceania Champions League tournament in April.
The ground was scheduled to host six matches, which will now be played at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
OFC Head of Competitions Michael Song says although further progress has been made on the pitch condition, the safety of spectators, teams and all other visitors to the stadium are of paramount importance.
There was also a risk of heavy rain and flooding during the tournament.
