The Melanesian Spearhead Group Police Commissioners Conference begins in Nadi today.
The commissioners will discuss issues around the Regional Police Academy, the Formed Police Unit, and the Department of Peace Keeping Operations.
The meeting will also address how MSG governments can improve security arrangements.

It is the first since November 2012, when it was held in Papua New Guinea.
