The security company which was in charge of Australia's asylum seeker camp in Papua New Guinea says it co-operated with PNG police investigating a fatal riot in February.
The British-based company G4S's comments come as PNG's deputy police commissioner, Simon Kauba, says the probe is being hampered because G4S management refused to be interviewed.
The company says it assisted the police to arrange interviews with a number of expatriate G4S employees and numerous PNG nationals working for it.
It says there are no outstanding requests for information or assistance from PNG police.
An Iranian man was killed and dozens of other asylum seekers were injured when they were assaulted and shot at inside the camp.
There have been no arrests over the beatings.
