Samoa's Ministry of Women's Affairs and Social Development has been given computer equipment by New Zealand's Ministry of Social Development.

The Ministry says this will help strengthen the Government's ability to handle data.

The New Zealand High Commissioner to Samoa, Jackie Frizelle, has handed over 40 personal computers, 15 laptops, 5 projectors and 3 PC servers to the Minister of Women Affairs, Tolofuaivalelei Falemoe Lei'ataua.

The donation is a result of an ongoing collaboration between the two ministries towards supporting institutional strengthening.
