Tonga's health ministry says it is testing 50 residents in Vaini for Typhoid, after three positive cases were found in the area.
The head of the ministry's public awareness unit, Dr Reynold 'Ofanoa told Radio Tonga the three patients are undergoing treatment at Vaiola hospital.
Dr 'Ofanoa says the 50 people being tested include relatives and close friends of the patients.
