447 candidates will be contesting in the Solomon Islands elections on November the 19th.
The Electoral Commission has released the list after several delays.
Electoral Media Officer, Philothea Paul, says earlier reports that the delays were caused by discrepancies in provincial polling stations were inaccurate.
"The actual cause was the delay in logistics, getting all the actual forms, nomination forms to the headquarters because most of our nomination we received through fax and areas where they can't access fax they actually transported those through boats."
Philothea Paul says ballot papers for all provinces are now being printed and polling station materials are being prepared for distribution through out the country.
