In American Samoa, ballot boxes and elections officials have been flown to Manu'a for tomorrow's elections.
Others will go by boat to Ofu and Olosega.
Usually the polling places in Manu'a close around noon or before as the majority of Manu'a voters live on Tutuila.
Ballot boxes for the rest of the 44 polling places on Tutuila will be taken under police escort early tomorrow morning after a prayer service at the Election Office.

The Election Commissioner Tuaolo Fruean says the counting of absentee ballots takes place from 4pm tomorrow at the Election Office.
The law requires all employers to give two hours to voters on election day.
Polls will be open from 6am to 6pm and the sale of alcohol will be banned until polls close.
The giving of free food will also be prohibited.
