Another worker has been killed at the Freeport copper and gold mine in the Indonesian province of Papua.
The Jakarta Post reports police have confirmed a 27-year-old miner, Suardi Ilyas, was was hit by a mining truck driven by another worker, at the mine at Mimika over the weekend.
He died soon after the accident, from a heart attack.
Police say two other incidents occurred at Freeport's mining area on Saturday, including a truck collission and another truck accident, in which the driver was injured.
All drivers gave negative blood-alcohol tests.
Freeport has come under fire for safety issues at the remote mine.
The mine is the world's second-biggest copper and gold mine, where 28 workers were killed in May 2013 when a tunnel collapsed during a safety training session.
